Welcome to Happy Helpers Cleaning Services. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & Scheduling
Service appointments are confirmed by phone or email. Please provide access to your home at the scheduled time; if access cannot be gained, we will attempt to contact you and may need to reschedule.
Pricing & Payment
Quotes are provided before work begins. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes on site; you will be informed before any additional charges are applied.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
Liability
Our cleaners take every care with your home. Please let us know about fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items before we begin. Our team is insured, and if anything isn’t right after a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
